Kelly Benefits Elite Cycling is a UCI registered U23 Domestic Elite Team, based in Baltimore, MD, but with riders hailing from Minnesota, Massachusetts, Georgia, Conneticut, Virginia, California, and Colorado as well. This year, we support 11 riders on a race schedule from March through September, with special focus on national-level stage and one races, select NRC races, and national championships. Over the history of our program, we have had 18 alumni go on to race in the pro ranks.
